NVIDIA has released a new set of OpenGL 4.1 graphics drivers in the developer zone:

There’s no new extension compared to R259.09.

Note: From GPU Caps Viewer 1.9.0, the debug flag is used for OpenGL 3 and 4 context creation and then the extension GL_ARB_debug_output is added in the list (243 extensions for GPU Caps 1.9.0 against 242 for GPU Caps 1.8.9).
