AMD has launched few days ago the Radeon RX 7900 GRE (GRE = Golden Rabbit Edition). This new Radeon, available for the Chinese market only, is the weakest RX 7900: less graphics memory (16GB), narrower bus memory (256-bit) and less shader cores (5120). It also has a smaller GPU package compared to RX 7900 XTX/XT. This card targets the NVIDIA RTX 4070 but according to some reviews, the RX 7900 GRE shows performances in the range of a RX 6950 XT. The RX 7900 GRE is priced at $649.
