ATI Catalyst graphics drivers



This new set of graphics drivers for Radeon based graphics cards officially adds the support of new Radeon HD 5870 and Radeon HD 5850 (Cypress). The display driver has the version 8.661.

New Features

  • GPU acceleration for the Windows 7 Drag and Drop video converting application
  • Super Sample Anti-Aliasing for the ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series

    Not impressed by the changelog…
    No fix for Dawn of Discovery, no performance tweaks – nothing.
    My 4870 is crying.

    ATI, seem to forget about there old cards as soon as a new one comes out, no loyalty. i’ve been using them since 8.7 and i’ve not seem any improvement for my 4870 x2
