The guys at puissance-pc-net have tested three cooling systems (Coolink GFXChilla, Thermaltake DuOrb and Xigmatek Battle-Axe) with two different graphics cards (GeForce 9800 GTX and Radeon HD 4850).

The Coolink GFXChilla cooler is the most effective
and get an award from puissance-pc.net:

The two others coolers don’t offer the same level of efficiency than Coolink GFXChilla.
