The first pictures of upcoming NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 are popping up on the Net. The GTX 770 that should be launch in few weeks at the end of this month comes with the same VGA cooler than the GTX Titan one. But unlike the GTX Titan, the GTX 770 is not based on a GK11x GPU but on a new version of the GK104 GPU, with 1536 CUDA cores like the GTX 680. The board has 2GB of GDDR5 graphics memory and should be priced at around USD $400.
I would rather have a 350$ card that has the basic referenence cooler design than a 400$ card that has the flashy expensive cover.
Also i think companies would like to put their sticker on the cover. They cant do that now.
@roboman2444:
I’d be very happy to have a video card that *wasn’t* coated in gaudy stickers, so that’s fine by me.
@asm
True, but stickers are much much cheaper to make than a metal casing with special window.
They can sometimes look good as well. The MSI ones on the 6970 look rather good IMHO.
That being said, i have a case with no side window. So i would rather go cheaper than have a flashy looking cover.
same design as the 690 and the titan GTX …
good thermal solution, i mean better airflow and air pressure on the chip… feeling way better than the old fashioned reference design …
desolé pour les fautes !
in the middle, to add cooling 10 cm 😀

The device ID
NVIDIA_DEV.1184 = “NVIDIA GTX 770”
matches with this month’s BIOS flasher, so the screens should be real.
