Why my FurMark on 3080 Ti is so low ( 6252 4k and 16243 1080p )

I've just installed my beautiful MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti VENTUS 

I started the benchmark and got:

Should I overclock the card ?
Is that score good ?
What should I pay attention to when comparing with other scores ?
