Yup, I'm getting the same thing. Had to double check the update notification was sending me to the legit site at first.
Based on other results for "Trojan:Win32/Detplock" it looks like a fairly common false-positive.

Yes it's false positive detection. Maybe the false positive comes from the installer (inno setup). I'm trying nsis...

I built a new installer with latest NSIS 3.05 but it's not better: 4 false positives

I submitted FurMark.exe to BitDefender, I hope they will update their virus definition quickly.

I compiled a test version of FurMark with an old version of the NVAPI lib (430) and I got only 1 false positive:
