Can I publish Furmark on Flathub?

I would like to package/publish Furmark (Linux version) on Flathub so it is easier to install.
I want to know if that would be a problem.

I have just updated the Flathub version to 2.4.0.0 for aarch64 and 2.4.1.0 for x86_64
And the Flatpak runtime to 24.08 additionally I 'redirected' calls to the caja file manager to xdg-open

I verified that the ARM version works on a PinePhone
