ASUS GPU Tweak III 1.9.5.8 released

This update introduces the Mobile Control feature, improves Power Detector+ accuracy at startup, fixes issues with OSD profile switching, blacklist functions, and GeForce RTX 5090 series water-cooled card names. It also updates GPU-Z to version 2.65.0.
