Nvidia GT Geforce 1030 not working

Hello I recently got a Gigabyte Nvidia GT Geforce 1030 card,I installed it successfully but when I went to the device manager it shows the yellow triangle on the graphics card with the code 43 message. I have tried everything to get it to go away but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall old driver with DDU

Get standard driver from here: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4994
Unpack with 7zip somewhere

Try setup.exe first
If it fails, use "have disk method" via device manager (not to be confused with the similar "manual installation")
