@Stefan:
Hello, friend! :) Your GPU bound was ONLY 68% - it isn't normal - try to enable full screen EXCLUSIVE for almost full GPU usage. :)

-------------------------------

All max settings except motion blur OFF and bloom OFF at 1920x1080@TAA with full screen exclusive

My result:

My PC specs: CPU i7-4790K@4.7GHz, 16GB RAM DDR3-2400, ASUS Z97-Pro Gamer, EVGA GF GTX 980 Ti SC+

@Stefan and @JeGX:

I tested to see the difference of GPU bound between full screen (FS) non-exclusive and FS exclusive and... I get the difference is little.
- FS exclusive: 96% GPU bound
- FS non-exclusive: 94% GPU bound only?! weird... :D lol

Try to close other programs for higher GPU usage/bound (less CPU bottlenecked). ;)

Ditto. Using exclusive mode makes 4% difference on my rig.If i'm bored on the holydays i try to find the bottleneck...
