One RX 6700 XT makes 1080P score 13834, other RX 6700 XT makes 20171 ??

How is this possible ?

Near 6000 poents difference in 1080P score, thats not overclocking, and not Win 11 problem and not normal. First score makes sense because RTX 3070 Ti makes similar score in 1080P preset test.

Any explanation ?

Judging from max power - 293W vs 99 W - the GPU with lower score has been tested in energy save mode.
