Crash and no answer unless you restart

So what happens is that the game crashes and windows freezes, followed by a very annoying buzzing sound, and it happens when I'm playing very demanding games & sometimes at random times like once when I was browsing youtube (but that happened only once) but when I'm playing heavy games (like monster hunter world), the game keeps crashing (when fighting sometimes and sometimes not) and I'm not sure if it's the gpu rx 5600xt (I'm aware of the drivers (I tried funmark for 30 minutes and did not have any crashes)
