Go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Geeks3D\Benchmarks\FurMark\FurMark_0001.txt
Copy and paste the content here, so the author has at least some system infos.

Try windowed mode instead of fullscreen mode.

Does someting happen, if you hit the buttons seen in the screenshot below?

Three possible culprits: the Adreno GPU, the Mesa3D renderer or the emulator in Windows that converts x86/x64 to ARM

Until it's fixed, try a native benchmark for ARM: https://www.basemark.com/benchmarks/basemark-gpu/

I think I know why FurMark doesn't display information: it's likely due to the Mesa driver (OpenGL 3.1) that does not accept some of the very very old rendering code used to display the fonts. You have to wait for the new GPU benchmark tool (that includes a FurMark based test) to run a modern stress test.
Maybe you can try the FurMark ROG edition: https://www.geeks3d.com/furmark/rog/downloads/
You should see GPU information on the screen.

paul

I can't download FurMark ROG edition on Surface.

Try GeeXLab: https://www.geeks3d.com/dl/show/500
Launch it and click on the OpenGL/Vulkan info button. Post a screenshot.
You should see something like in this post:
