Kombustor crashes with Windows DPI scaling enabled.

Windows 10 build 19043, RTX 3060 TI, Driver 471.11.

Kombustor crashes when Windows DPI scaling is enabled and testing in fullscreen mode.

Kombustor tests will only run in fullscreen mode at native resolution when Windows DPI scaling is at 100%. Any other DPI scaling results in an exit to desktop.

The crash and exit can be reproduced with Kombustor versions v4.1.6 jun20 and v4.1.12 may21.

Additionally, Kombustor v4 will exit if Kombustor is open and the Windows DPI scaling is changed.

However, Kombustor version 3.5.2.1 jul15 does not seem to crash or exit to desktop.
