YouTuber Moore's Law is Dead has published some info about Intel's DG2 based on the Xe architecture. This card would have 512 EUs (or 512*8 = 4096 shader cores), a TDP of 275W, 16GB of GDDR6 memory and the performance is between the GeForce RTX 3070 and RTX 3080. The DG2 would be released in 2022.
