Advice for getting a new graphics card under $200?

Hey, I've been looking for a graphics card to run a few games that I can't run now (XCOM 2, Rust, 7DTD). One of my friends advised me to get a 1050 ti, as he can run all the games that I want to with the card. I wanted to ask on Reddit if you guys had any advice for getting a new graphics card upgrade. (Note: My current cpu is a Intel i5 (2009), and I'm planning to buy a new CPU and most likely, a new tower altogether)

I don't know if I'm being overly cheap but I'd prefer to get the card itself below $200, or at least below $250.
