Title: Rumor: Power limit of NVIDIA Ada Lovelace AD102 (RTX 4090) GPU is 800W

According to this tweet (https://twitter.com/kopite7kimi/status/1537975797482680321), the power limits of the different NVIDIA Ada Lovelace AD102, AD103, AD104 and AD106 GPUs are:
- AD102 (RTX 4090): 800W
- AD103 (RTX 4080): 450W (desktop), 175W (mobile)
- AD104: 400W (desktop), 175W (mobile)
- AD106: 260W (desktop), 140W (mobile)

I don't know if that makes sense to release, in 2022, graphics cards with such a high power consumption...
