Hello Jegx,
i really hope that you read this and maybe can help me!
I have really Issues with the RTX 2080 Card - i have my 3rd Card now and also switched Motherboard,CPU ,RAM and even PSU to test.
But I still have Stuttering while Gaming - Benchmarks seems fine.
I have almost a very similar setup like yours in this Test:
I7-8700K
ASUS STRIX-F Z390
ASUS Strix 2080OC
G.SKILL TRIDENTZ 3200 DDR4 /16
Windows 10 64 BIT 1809
Seasonic 750W
Could you maybe make a Video and show your Frametimes while playing BFV with DX11?
Or CS:GO?
I have frametime spikes going up to 30-50ms
You would really help me!
I tried very very much.
Installing Windows 3 times, switched from M2 drive to SSD - tried with and without VSYNC, with and without OC on Processor, with framelimiter and without, switching all hardware as i wrote above, tried clean driver install with DDU, tried all poweroptions in windows and for the GPU in Nvidia Control-Panel, updatet all Drivers for the Motherboards, updatet BIOS for MOBO, switched Screen, tried Intelligent Standby List Cleaner, played on 1440P and 1080P ... I build so many PCs and this is the first error I really can't find a solution for other than it's related to the GPU.

Monitoring (MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision...) causes stutters per 1 second. You try to disable monitoring. You should enable vsync for pure smooth motion (60fps + 60Hz or 120fps + 120Hz or ...). :)
Hi thanks, but as I wrote I tried with and without VSYNC and Gsync.
And ofcourse I tried with and without a Monitoring tool like Afterburner.
According to the numerous forum threads on the Net, looks like you're not alone with these stuttering issues. I have no particular advice for you. Likely a driver bug... Try to set the power target to the max (like 120% TDP), maybe it helps... Do you see some power capping reasons? You can use GPU-Z or GPU Shark for that.
can you tell me how can i buy this?
