"the program can't start because api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll is missing"
Windows 7 SP1 x64. I have all the VCRedist installed.
Latest FurMark works properly.
Any help?

I think it's related to the support of high-DPI screen I added in the last version. And it looks like this support is not available on Win7. I will look at this issue asap. Thanks for the feedback.

There's a few threads regarding that specific .dll/issue on the web and it's mostly in regards to coding indeed. FYI I do have 150% DPI + WXP Style scaling turned on. Didn't work off, though. Cheers!

I found the bug. The fix will be available later today.

That was fast, thank you.
CPU Burner won't start though, same dll issue.
Also, I don't think the app is DPI-aware (flag), but patch notes say it has some DPI scaling properties:
https://imgur.com/a/Kr26G7C <- 150% Scaling + WXP Style scaling. I tried disabling DPI scaling for the app, but nope.
Hope you can spare a bit more time into fixing CPU burner and perhaps scaling. Appreciate it!

I will look at the CPU burner, this tiny tool has not been updated since years!

I uploaded a new version 0.6.3.3 that should improve Windows 7 support. There is no way to disable the high-DPI scaling by code on Win7 so I removed the background image of the main user interface. I also recompiled the CPU Burner and it seems to run on Win7 now.

64bit
Can you make a 32bit version, because the same problem under Windows 7 x86?
Thank you in advanced.

I'm working on a new update of Kombustor and the 32-bit version will be fixed as well.
