Title: GeeXLab 0.21.x released

Versions 0.21.0.2 (Linux, macOS, RPi and Tinker Board) and 0.21.1.0 (Windows) of GeeXLab have been released.

GeeXLab 0.21.2.0 has been released for Windows 64-bit only. I will update the documentation asap with new functions.
