Best GPU stress benching software?

I overclocked my GTX 1060 and was able to run both Unigine Valley and Heaven for 20 minutes with no stuttering or artifacts. I also set a more aggressive fan curve and was getting temps below 80.

But when I start playing Rise of the Tomb Raider, it crashes 4 minutes into the game (although the benchmark works fine).

I did manage to get a more stable OC just by using the game to test, but it would be nice if I have a tool that really stresses the GPU.

It sounds like you've done a great job overclocking your GTX 1060 and optimizing the cooling! However, the crash in Rise of the Tomb Raider suggests that the game might be pushing your GPU harder than the benchmarks.
