I don't have the faintest idea how to start!

Hi,

Please help, somebody! I installed GeexLab on my Mac Big Sur, it is apparently running, but I don't know what to do next. All I get is the image of a red rectangle with a grey smaller rectangle in the lower left corner. How do I load a demo or some code sample? I'm completely lost.

Update: I've just managed to load my first demo, I think I'll be able to proceed from here.
