What is Pulsar?
Pulsar is the new version of Atom, by the same development team. Like Atom, Pulsar is a community-led hyper-hackable and cross-platform text editor for the 21st century. Main features: cross-platform editing, built-in package manager, smart auto-completion, multiple panes, file system browser, find and replace. Like Visual Studio Code, Pulsar is based on the Electron framework.
