Intel has released few days ago an update of the Smoke tech demo. This demo shows off the support of n-way threading (multi-threading on N cores) using Intel Threading Building Blocks.
Physics simulation is performed by Havok Physics, 3D rendering is executed by OGRE and sound is powered by FMOD.
I quickly tested the demo under Windows 7 64-bit and indeed, the four cores of my Intel X9650 were busy (not at 100% but 80-90% is really nice). Maybe by tweaking the configuration files, maybe you’ll find the 100% load settings.
