Hello again Jerome,
We have just released a major update to TNGViewer, featuring support for many additional 3D file formats. Furthermore, Windows builds can now use a fallback Direct3D 9 renderer on machines without decent OpenGL drivers.
Enjoy,
Dario

Hello everybody,
We have been busy adding support for multiple windows in TNGViewer; the current build looks quite stable, but we could definitely use some actual user testing before releasing it into the wild...
Basically, the File menu now contains a 'New' option, which will create a new, independent TNGViewer window, with its own state. This should let you view multiple models and scenes at the same time, but relatively solid iron is of course required -- if you have a modern machine and would like to test the latest TNGViewer release, please write us specifying your platform (Win/Mac) and system (Vista/Leopard/etc.).
The usual disclaimers apply, as this is pre-release software; furthermore, if you test the build you are supposed to send us a testing report.
Thanks,
Dario
(A screenshot of the test build is available here.)

Hello,
We have released another update to TNGViewer, featuring support for older OpenGL cards that lack rectangular texture capabilities. The latest release also fixes a nasty issue, which prevented some popular models to be textured correctly: these include the free 3D resources from NASA.
Enjoy,
Thank you,
Dario

@ JeGX: Thank you for posting this information, and sorry about replying so late.
Next week we should publish another update to TNGViewer; in the meanwhile, we've published a new demo on the http://tng3d/demos.html page, which contains a technical showcase of a few rendering features available in TNG 3D.
The CoreEffect demo is available at:
http://tng3d.com/content/ced/
You can also cut-n-paste the above URL in the related dialog in TNGViewer.
Enjoy,
Dario
