Hotfix for enabling latest ATI Stream transcoding acceleration with Cyberlink Media Show Espresso available at ATI.

Applicable Products:
This issue applies to the following configurations:

    * Graphics Cards:
          o ATI Radeon™ HD4000 Series of Products
    * Software:
          o Cyberlink MediaShow Espresso

    * Operating System:
          o Windows Vista® 32-bit Edition
          o Windows Vista® 64-bit Edition
