(WebGL) 150000 rotating cubes

Looks like Chrome for Android has some issues with floating points (spikey distortions).
Now i know why they disabled WebGL by default   ;D

I made a wrong assumption above.
The culprit was Tegra 3 which doesn't support float textures.

Rechecked with Nexus 4 (Snapdragon S4 Pro)
