Unlike 12.11 beta this driver's installer has no SUBSYS_IDs

If your screen freezes when kernel driver has been updated, wait until harddisk shows no more activity, then reset.
Then extract newer OpenGL and OpenCL runtimes from 12.11 beta if wanted.
