Need new graphics card

hi friends I need a new graphics card. Now i am using  NVIDIA GeForce 8500 and I want a new one that would play games like Fable 3 and Crysis 2 fairly well. My motherboard is a mATX whatever that means. FYI I know as much about computer stuff as an average ten year old. Please if you guys could help it'd be great .

First of all make sure it supports DX11 anything else is a matter of budget.

Planning to buy a graphic card too. (to play HD pc games)  8)
