The GeForce GT 220 is a sub $100 video card, is not really powerful (although it supports OpenGL 3.2, hardware PhysX or Direct3D 10.1), has a low power consumption and amazingly low temperatures, and doesn’t have any PCI-E power connector. This card would have been great if it wasn’t so noisy:
