PhysX 9.09.0914 contains runtimes for PhysX 2.81 and 2.83. Files of driver are now installed in “..\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX” instead of “..\Program Files\AGEIA Technologies”.

Are these beta drivers or WHQL drivers .. i am not able to find the drivers in nvidia site …
Often NVIDIA is late for updating its own download servers. Fortunately, websites such as guru3d provide WHQL drivers before NVIDIA.
Don’t know if this has been mentioned here before or not, but with recent drivers NVIDIA is now detecting whether you have a non-NVIDIA card installed, and if so, disabling GPU PhysX acceleration. So mixing one of those new ATI cards with your old NVIDIA card may not have the desired effect.
