If I run furmark and Gpu-Z together my windows freezes. 
I have Ati X1900XT and W XP SP3 and Catalyst 9.3 drivers. 
So I think that this is a bug... 
If i dont run gpuz everything is OK :))
If i run it together = false.</description>
