How Gigabyte Makes a Graphics Card

There are four steps:
1 – SMT stage: PCB preparation and GPU and memory modules placement.
2 – DIP Stage: bigger components (like PCIe slots, resistors, capacitors, …) are manually inserted on the semi-prepared PCB, followed by wave soldering of these components.

3 – Final Testing: this is incredible but each VGA card is tested within the quality control baseline. After a function test, the VGA card receives a burn-in test (how GIGABYTE does that burn test???).

4 – Packaging
