TechARP has updated the GeForce To Quadro Soft-Mod guide. Quadro and GeForce graphics cards are virtually identical in hardware. This guide shows you how to do a software modification on the GeForce to transform it into a Quadro.

[...] GPU Affinity Checker is a small command line tool that allows to know if your graphics card is ready for multi-GPUs tasks. This tool lists all available GPUs using WGL_NV_gpu_affinity OpenGL extension. Actually this extension is available only on professional graphics cards like NVIDIA’s Quadro series. On a Quadro with 2 GPUs (Quadro FX 4700 X2 for example) or with 2 Quadro FX 5800 (one GPU per board), you can assign (using WGL_NV_gpu_affinity) each GPU to an OpenGL render context and thus do real parallel rendering.
